  • Check-out Time: 10:30 AM
  • Refundable Security Deposit: ₹5000 (collected before check-in). This will be refunded if:
      The number of guests does not exceed the limit.
      Check-out time is followed.
      No damage is caused to the property.

Additional Details:

  • Kitchen Usage: Charged extra.
  • Hookah & Alcohol Consumption: Allowed only in the verandah area.
  • Loud Music: Allowed until 10:00 PM.
  • Balance Payment: To be made upon arrival.
  • ID Proof: Valid identification is required at check-in.
  • Note: In case of any government lockdown, your stay will be postponed.
